Cutting-edge local furniture design meets fabulous Spanish surfaces at Cosentino’s Decorex Cape Town stand.
Hot on the heels of a collaboration with global brand Tom Dixon at this year’s Milan Furniture Fair, leading Spanish surfacing brand Cosentino is bringing its superb surfaces to Decorex Cape Town between 22 and 25 June 2023, with a stand spotlighting two South African furniture designers’ utilisation of Cosentino products.
Returning to Decorex for the second year following the successful relaunch of the country’s premier décor, design and lifestyle show, the global brand will present collaborations with renowned local designers Haldane Martin and MŪVEK as part of its Atelier Cosentino stand, which will be located near the Hall 3 Entrance of the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
The eponymous brand of premium outdoor furniture of designer and director Haldane Martin is known for its strong visual identity and South African character. Debuting at Decorex Cape Town is Haldane Martin’s brand-new Dombolo outdoor table, a voluptuous piece of furniture named after the Xhosa word for dumplings. Dombolo is topped with Cosentino’s Dekton Umber, from the Kraftizen Collection, a durable engineered stone with a hand-plastered stucco surface effect.
